Costa Rica West Valley

Costa Rica West Valley comes from the West Valley region of Costa Rica, where the coffee grows at 1200-1600 m above sea level. The variety is Villa Sarchi and the process is anaerobic.

In the cup you will find tropical fruit, rum and caramel. We give it a light roast to keep the character of the origin clear.

Best for filter, dripper and French press. We roast in small batches every week and ship within 7 days of roasting.
